Ts2 Countrycounters
Based on a modified model from The Sims 2: Seasons these country counters are a hoot!
Update 14 August 2024: JustDenise discovered an error that could prevent some programs (like SimCategorizer) from working with the objects corretly. They have been updated to hopefully solve this.
Each color comes with a variation with the curtian and as a bonus, they recreate the sims 2 behavior of using alternate graphics when a sink is place on/in them! The sink version also gets rid of the molding/trim on the back because sinks (like with many maxis counters) would bleed through it in a way that looked a little too M.C. Escher.
Each IFF contains one color with both the cabinet and curtian version. This is how they share graphics. I aplogise if anyone is hurt by having to scroll past one extra pixel counter in their game, get over it and get over yourself.
This is cloneable and can be used as a base. It's unseful in the following cases
- You want to make a counter with an alternate form that shares the interior graphics
- You want to make a counter that has an alternate sink graphic
