You can now pay at the parrot!

You will find 'The Parrot Proprietor' next to the Maxis parrot.

Requires Hot Date and Vacation for animations and Unleashed for sounds.

Small update I have made it available in studio town and magic town, since Maxis didn't allow you to have a parrot there, for some reason.
